Alison Butler, Chief Wellness Officer (CWO), is from Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada and has been speaking and providing training to workplaces for 20 years.

She is passionate about starting conversations about mental health and burnout and creating change in our workplaces.

Alison speaks about her own lived mental health experiences as a highly engaged employee in the workplace. She believes that the more conversations we can have, the more we can understand and support each other.  ​ She is also a certified Mental Health First Aid course instructor through the Mental Health Commission of Canada and a mom of 2.

  • Do I need to be experiencing burnout to take this course?

    Not at all! In fact this course is designed with PREVENTION in mind so it's never too early to take this training. The tools that you find here are designed to help everyone experiencing the impact of stress, overwhelm, depression or anxiety at work or beyond.

  • What if I can't make the live virtual calls?

    The virtual calls are an added bonus, included with this course, but they are not mandatory. You can work through the materials at your own pace. Recordings of the live calls will be sent out to all current cohort participants if you can't make it live and would like to watch the replay.

  • How does the private podcast audio work?

    You can listen to the course either by logging in here to the Burnout To Boundaries™ course platform or by listening to the course private audio feed.

    With a private podcast, you will receive a unique-to-you e-mail link with instructions and can listen in any podcast player (i.e. Apple podcasts, Spotify etc).
